Problem
The site needed to rank locally without becoming a thin location-page template.
The project required a clear service hierarchy, strong mobile usability, conversion-focused calls to action and enough technical control to manage SEO without a heavy page builder.
The website also needed a maintainable structure for a services hub, six focused service pages, about, contact, privacy and internal links.
Implementation
Design, forms and SEO were built as one system.
A global color and typography system was defined, service URLs were standardized under a services directory and sitewide CTAs were connected to the main contact form.
Fluent Forms and SMTP were configured for lead delivery. Rank Math metadata, sitemap inclusion, headings, canonicals and internal links were reviewed page by page.
- Service architectureServices hub plus focused repair, spring, opener, installation, urgent and commercial pages.
- Lead captureResponsive form, success state, email delivery and CTA anchors tested.
- Technical SEOCustom titles, descriptions, sitemap validation and consistent service-page URLs.
Quality assurance
The build was reviewed on mobile as well as desktop.
Mobile form alignment, contact-card width, hero layout and button behavior were corrected during implementation.
The project demonstrates the value of controlled iteration rather than publishing after the first visual pass.
Limitations
The case study does not claim rankings before traffic and market evidence exist.
The website build and SEO foundations are documented. Lead volume, rankings and rental income should only be published after sufficient live data and verified results are available.
